It all depends. We typically recommend our customers schedule an appointment every 5-7 weeks. For our short-haired dogs and bath-only friends, once every two months will keep them in great shape.

Yes, we’ve got a great team that can take care of your cats and dogs.

Yes, the groomer who your pet starts with will stay with them for life. We know change is hard, especially for our furry friends, so outside of extenuating circumstances like illness or a move, we don’t switch dogs around.

From drop off to pick up, you should plan for about 3-4 hours. However, with some larger breeds or longer periods between grooming can take up to 5 hours. We’ll text you 30 minutes prior, so you’ll know that your pet is ready to be picked up.

Your pet is one-of-a-kind and has special needs just like you. We’re happy to give you a close estimate once we’re able to meet your pet, but the final price depends on how frequently they’re groomed, their size, and how long it will take to groom.
